Downgrade to 1.0.7.0 Problems

i'm trying to downgrade to patch 1.0.7.0 , download the patch, open the .exe file, run it, click finish then it tells  me it cant find LaunchGTAIV.exe and i check that it is there, it is. How can i get around this, i cant find any answers that work online

1:Select your language

 

2:Download the file

 

3:Open the Title_Update_7.Rar file and run TitleUpdate.Exe

 

4:Install the update

Did you make sure to move the folder that contains all of the juicy contents into the main GTA IV folder?
