The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello guys,

 

is there any way to add liveries on unmarked police vehicles by POLICESCO? For example this unmarked Tahoe.  The problem is that even if I add FLAG_HAS_LIVERY in vehicles.meta, it still shows -1 liveries when I want to change it in the trainer.

Unfortunately not.  PoliceSCO specifically made it that way.
