Suggestion that could be added to Arrest Manager

Hi guys my suggestion is the following:

Basically when you call for transport the transport officer will ask you what you are 
"booking him/her for?"

Then with a list such as the list in traffic policer (is that built into traffic policer? i've only recently noticed it) 
you can check off the offenses the person has commited. 

The plugin can be tied with Albo's Court System plugin which will then send the suspect to court.
