The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

This problem started out of nowhere and now as I'm on-duty driving around my engine will shut off and won't turn back on unless I exit the vehicle and get back in it or turn on my lights. Also, when I press certain keyboard keys things happen... like, if I press a number on the top row of keys, it'll write coordinates and teleport me.

Open whatever trainer you use, and disable keybinds.
