The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

This has been bugging me for a while now, but doesn't Computer+ include images of stopped vehicles and the ped? If it does then I don't have it for some reason, plugin works fine but this doesn't show.

Only the newer versions of Computer+ show the image of the stopped ped.

I need donations to help fund my food addiction. DM for details 😂

I am using the latest download available, so I'm not sure what the problem is.

Try doing a fresh install of it and making sure you have everything that comes in the download.
