Ragehook keeps loading up different instances of gta

I just re-downloaded gta V after a while and decided to install LSPDFR but after manually installing the latest versions of both LSPDFR and ragehook, ragehook does not seem to want to cooperate. Every time i start up using the ragehook.exe, it launches gta v and gets past the logos and the ragehook will start another instance of gta v seeming to go on for ever in this loop until i stop it. the only settings checked in ragehook are enable DX11 and force windowless, this also happened when these options where unchecked. I have no idea why this is happening but any fixes would be a big help.

It says launcher failed to start but the game is running and another instance of GTA will start

 

I have turned off all windows and GeForce shadow recording software.

I would have posted this on the ragehook forum but it is not letting make an account there.

Processor (CPU): AMD FX 8350Graphics Card

Your GTA folder needs to be named Grand Theft Auto V. (without the period...obviously)  It can't be named anything else or shortened.

The only reason it'd keep redownloading is if it's not recognizing the path on your HD.  Unfortunately, I know nothing about using those.
