Code 3 CVPI Slicktop 0.3.6 - Lighting not working

I complete the installation successfully but the blue and lights lighting environment aren't working.

I would love some help here...

I would even code the lighting point one by one on the vehicle in the carvariations.xml or in the carcols.xml but I don't know what line to edit.

PS: I'm using GT-MP, and thanks for the help.

Hi there.

 

That is not an ELS enabled vehicle, but it will work with ELS.  What this means is that you can do the base actions - turn on lights and use your sirens.  You can't change light patterns or have the environmental effect going.  If you check the file information section on the download page of vehicles, it will have an "ELS Compatibility" option which says if it's an ELS car or not. :)
