Hi there.

 

Make sure Rage is placed in your GTA V directory with GTA 5.exe.

The Rage that is provided by the LSPDFR download is severely out of date.  You can get the updated version (.55) here - https://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx

Yes.  In your plugins folder should be LSPDFR, this is where callouts go.  Make sure you read the readmes that come with these callouts, they give download instructions both for the .dll and.ini, and for the audio folder.
