cant install other mods in to gta 5 folder

i have installed traffic policer and it seems to work fine but when i go to install spike strips mod something like that it messes my game up and it wont launch correctly through rage plugin 

on the latest version of gta 5 and rage plugin

Can you please clarify "it won't launch correctly"? You type in "loadplugin spikestrips", and then what?

Are you adding in the .dll to it?  When you start typing "loadplugin spik", it'll come up with the select, just hit tab to select it, then press enter.  If that doesn't work, please post screen shots of your plugins folder.

It launch lspdfr correctly but i cant get spike strips mod to work i draged the files in the rar file and i droped them outside the gta 5 folder but inside of it where gta 5 launcher and etc is at rage plugin

Spike Strips V should be in the plugins folder.  It can go in the LSPDFR folder if you want. The only difference is, the plugins in the LSPDFR folder load in automatically when you go on duty.

so i go to my plugins folder i have a lspdfr folder where traffic policer is at can i put it there or do i put in the actully lspdfr folder or put it in the plugins folder not puting it in the plugins\lspdfr folder

It'll work in either one, the difference is:

 

If you put it in the Plugins folder, you will have to open Rage and manually load the plugin.

 

If you put it in the plugins-->LSPDFR folder, it will automatically start once you go on duty.  So it's really up to you.

ok i will

So when i put the folder into the main folder not into the plug in folder it was there but when i copy and pasted it to my plugins \lspdfer folder there was a copy of the 2 files in the main folder so i delelted them will that effect the mod or make it run i am running rageplugin to see if it works i will come back to you if it doesnt work

nope cant load them through the rage plugin console
