PED ID not appearing anymore!?

I am new to LSPDFR, so maybe I did something?

 

Anyhow,

   When I ask the driver for ID, the AI does so but no ID information appears on the screen anymore, nor the notifications slot in the menus. I don't see the ID object either in the PED's hand when it is handed over.

This was working for me before I did any mods when I first started. I even started a fresh copy and it still don't seem to work.

 

Also it seems the PEDS don't stop at gunpoint nor can I arrest them.

 

Help is appreciated.

For the ID information, check your GTA options and make sure phone notifications are turned on.

That might explain it. I think I remember turning them off because off story mode characters calling my phone while I was playing around with LSPDFR.

Usually if you switch to a different character via trainer or EUP, it stops.    Per peds not stopping for you, make sure you're holding E or right dpad if on controller while aiming at them.

Okay thanks, I'll see if that work. The phone notifications was the issue for the ID's.

The next and only issue I been lately is getting my custom sirens to work with my "SHERIFF" slot where I have my custom Sheriff impala. I have it listed to run the siren as so...but it only works on the "POLICE" slot in game.  ? Thanks

Are you also using ELS?

Yes. And that is working perfectly so far.

Unfortunately, ELS prevents the use of different sirens and isn't capable of utilizing them.  The POLICE sirens will be used for all cars throughout the game.  You can't have a siren for POLICE, then a different siren for FBI.  It'll be all the same.

Is there any siren packs that is compatible with ELS? Or should I steer away from ELS for this to work?

Any sirens pack that comes with a vehicles folder and vehicles.oac will work with ELS.  Unlike Siren Mastery, there isn't a separate folder needed for the sirens.

Oh okay. I seen a common audio file listed within the site as Modern Siren pack...could that help my situation?
