Has anybody ever made an ELS Tahoe like this one?

To my immediate knowledge, there isn't a Tahoe with that style lighting.  I could be wrong, but I stalk the hell out of the downloads section here and on GTA 5 mods, have yet to see it.  The only thing close to what you're wanting is the unmarked Tahoe in this pack.  However, it's newer, and the lights are minimalistic, but not to that extent.

Thanks, but i already knew that pack, i'm looking for a 2013 tahoe with that style. Thanks anyway.

I think the Tahoe from this pack is the closest you're going to get to what you want.  The front lighting has a bit more, but the back, at least from the screenshot, is minimal.
