F4 pauses game but dosnt open the menu

so when i hit f4 it pauses my game but the menu that i load plugins into dosnt open like it should what am i doing wrong ive never had this issue when ive downloaded and played the game previously

Hello,i do have same problem,also i never had it before,i did all necessary updates like :

RagepluginHook
AdvanceHook
RageNativeUI
ScripHookV
ScriptHookVDotNet

 

etc etc

Same problem, but it could be a different reason. :) It's mainly just to avoid clutter and keep it 1 on 1, instead of 1 on 2. That way whoever is helping you is focusing on you and your issue!

so i made sure i  had all the requirements and went into the game again and it still does the same thing the native trainer works tho

Try running RagePluginHook as administrator.

Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch.

that worked thank you also one other thing i put a vehicle into the game and put the els file into els and when i go into the game and hit the lights it only does wig wags the blue lights dont come on

Did you place the VCF/XML file in ELS-->pack_default?  Make sure the ELS file is the same name as the vehicle files.

Do you have other ELS models in your game? If so, do they work fine?

no i just redownloaded the game and its the first car i tried putting in im using the 2013 els tahoe by Maurice97

with the bcso richland county skin

In OpenIV, go to ASI Manager and uninstall ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI and then click install again to reinstall them. Next, restart your PC, and try loading into the game again and see if that works.
