Make sure you have ScriptHookV and that GTA V, ScriptHookV, and Rage are in the same directory.

By any chance did you move your entire GTA directory to an external hard drive?

i copied it and i do this lspdfr not in the main folder. I do it in the copied folder. Is that a problem?

Yes.  Rage is unable to detect the needed files, so it's best to just use the main folder.
