How to mix and match correctly

What i mean is how to install and make the enb works in EFLC or regular GTA 4

Is it by copy all the ENB file such enbstar , enb.ini . enb light and etc in the main directory .

Currently i am using Neolux enb 4 beta . i copy all the ENB files to the main directory . and for time cycle i am using realistic time cycle . but i am using the Neolux enb 4 visual setting . but when i start the game . it load to the main menu and flash . it never come out anything . such as error running . its just dissapear and it come to desktop screen , i hope you can understand my english. sry , if possible can you share how u use it . such as which enb , visual setting and time cycle you using
