The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Place any LSPDFR plugins in plugins->LSPDFR the config and other files

Place any non lspdfr related plugins such as keep the door open, cop holster, etc in Plugins.
