Questions. Rookie modder.

I installed lspdfr. And rage hook. Got it to load. Then all of a sudden. It wont load. It says loading story mode with rage plugin. But when i put it into developer mode in the rage plugins settings. It runs! I downloaded the lspdfr troubleshooter and everything came back. Fine.

1. Is this normal or weird? 

2. Why wont it load up any other mods like script hook and simple trainer? . I know what your going to say! You have to right click and go into your propeties and unblock it. Well it comes up you dont have to on my computer. Whats going on? Im also reading the read mes. Any help or advice. Running a new dell insprion gaming laptop. Thank you in advance
