ScriptHookDotNet problem

Featured Replies

I have bit weird problem with modifications and  ScriptHookDotNe t.

LCPDFR works normal, GTA also work OK. Installed mods doesn't work. No dialog windows, crashes etc. In Diagnostic Tool everything seems to be good. Only something is wrong in log file. Diagnostic tool shows up I have installed ScriptHookDotNe t but in diagnostic log it writes "[ScriptHookDotNet] Not found". Maybe I don't know how to install mods but I'm sure i done everything correctly.  Sorry for my English. If something isn't understandable please tell me.

Hi are you running in the game in administrator mode? because sometimes it may require permission to use the file and due to insufficient permissions on your system it will not find it hence it not being found whilst in game. Try running on administrator mode if you haven't already but if you are already running in administrator mode then get back to me on here.

I tried but this isn't working. I disabled even UAC. I tried to make this work(reinstalling mod few times), but now LCPDFR doesn't loading. Script error in 'LCPDFR.Loader.Loader' or something in that style.  I have in plans to reinstall game and install LCPDFR manually. Thanks for reply.

Not a problem mate I'm happy to try to help you as much as I possibly can. It could be possible that you may have installed a few mods/scripts which can influence game crashes, most of the time it is not LCPDFR related however the LCDPFR.Loader.Loader  can be an indicator a mod/script has caused your crash. I will definitely consider reinstalling LCDPFR completely, before any implementation of scripts/mods have you saved a previous version of your GTA IV directory before any mods, including LCDPFR have been installed? this will prevent you having to reinstall the entire game again.  But before doing that it is best to see exactly what script/mod is causing the crash.

Will you provide a list of the scripts you have used? if you can try uninstalling them one by one to then try run the game. Eventually you may be able to identify which one is causing the issue, simply remove it and all should be as it normally would be.
