RageHook Just Keeps Loading

So I was able to get the newest ScriptHook V through the Menyoo mod but now whenever I load RageHook it literally just keeps loading. The white loading circle in the bottom right just keeps spinning even after all the plugins have loaded properly. Anyone having this problem or know how to fix it?

I solved a similar issue with my game by updating my mods folder through openiv. When you open your mods folder, it will ask you if you want to update it to the newest version. This resolved my issue. 

 

For future reference, it is better to make sure you post these kind of threads in the support area so that you can get the fastest response. :)
