Rage Plugin Hook not working right

when I launch Rage in full screen mode it does not work properly but when I launch it in windowed mode its fine if someone can help me fix the problem when I use full screen for rage I would appreciate it thanks.

You're not exactly being descriptive of the issue.  Define 'does not work properly'.

when rage plugin hook launches in full screen it does not technically launch it breaks so I have to launch it in windowed mode?
