The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

When I get into a pursuit with AI sometime the go full retard they just keep driving straight and don't really steer, could someone help me please (If you would like I could possible show a video).

I had this problem too. If you have els installed go into the ini and change ElsTrafCtrlOn to false.

This is one of my "favorite problems" I had with my game. They would just randomly take off if I hit my horn during a traffic stop and mow down everything in sight.
