The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

In game when i press PageUp it spawns a red sportscar and ill get shot by the driver/drivers, what plugin is causing this??

Or is it something in LSPDFR mod itself?

And how can i get rid of it?

This is a result of your trainer.  Open your trainer in game and look for "keybindings".  Disable it.

 

Alternatively, you can go into the INI for the trainer and removed this keybind.
