R* Editor Crashes

Hello everyone, my problem is when I go to the R* editor and I try to apply an effect to a screenshot I want, my game crashed immediately. The mods I have installed are LSPDFR and callouts and I also have GTA 5 Redux textures installed and Make Visuals Great Again installed. If anyone can help me figure this out that would be greatly appreciated.
