    Are you running 1.0.8.0 or 1.0.7.0 Of GTAIV? If your running 1.0.7.0 Uninstall LCPDFR, Run the game, Then reinstall LCPDFR. If you have version 1.0.8.0 of GTAIV Mods are not supported(That i know of) You need to downgrade your GTAIV to 1.0.8.0
