Why isn't there any chargers with these wheels yet?????

 

Most departments don't want to shell out the extra money for the AWD variant of the charger (Those rims only come with the AWD) when most departments will never use them.

I was about to edit my post to further explain. Most modelers, or modders, have some form of influence from IRL departments. Even fictional cars will have some form of influence and some are even close enough to just be lore friendly versions. If it is uncommon to see the AWD chargers in the real world, it is unlikely that modelers/modders will make models using them.

I'm sure someone makes rims around here. I focus more on equipment myself. It's more a matter of finding someone capable and actually wanting to do it, which will be the harder of the two.
