In vanilla I run the game at 80+ fps. With just the LSPDFR mod I get around 50-60. I have around 5 callouts and about 8 plugins -  which tanks my pc down to around 30fps. When I watch YT'ers play this game with over 15+ mods and get a nice 60+ frames - I was wondering how to achieve that. I have a GTX 980 and an I7 3770K. I am wondering if an SSD will help with this - as I see it as more memory load. Do I just need a more powerful GPU or CPU or will an SSD be fine?
