The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

hey all I seem to be having trouble stopping pedestrians on the streets... when I go on duty it lets me get 1 in and after that it stops working the rest of my patrol? I know about the flashlight take down but when I'm trying to just stop someone randomly I don't wanna have to arrest them
