This was starting to get on my nerves, so I had to post something about it. My GTA 5 keeps completely uninstalling from steam. When I reinstall it, all of my mods are kept except my vehicle and sound mods. I tried changing libraryfolders.vdf in the steamapps folder to a .acf file, which worked for a little bit, but in ultimately overwrote that file with the vdf and messed everything up again. If anyone else is having this issue, please let me know. Thanks!
