Ragehook won't start

When i start the game i get that in the picture and when i join the game, i don't have ragehook console or any of the plugins loaded. I tryed starting the game in story mode and then ragehook but still nothing. It was working, but day after i get this problem. I tryed to remember what have i changed, but nothing important. It's fresh install of the game with lspdfr, ragehook, scripthook and other usual things. I also tryed running the game with administrator, but no luck.

 

I hope someone can help me. Thank you in advance.
