The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I am very skilled with lspdfr and mods and things like that but this is stumping me. I really just am not able to figure out what is crashing my game. I have went back and looked at the things I changed to see if that caused anything but am not able to figure it out. It completely loads all my plugins then the second that it is about to put me in game it just crashes. help would be greatly appreciated just ask if you need any logs or anything.
