The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

im having the same issue i installed rage plug in last just like it says but then it says game installed game version is 0 if any one could help i would appreciate it thank you

What order did you install RageHook and LSPDFR in? You want to do it in the following order

 

1. LSPDFR 0.3.1

2. RagePluginHook (newest version) which happens to be 0.52

If you do it in the reverse order, you will overwrite the good version of RageHook 0.52 with the old version that comes withe the LSPDFR download.. Which I think is 0.36
