The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hey guys,

After realizing that this community is very active and helpful, I was coming back on here to see how I would go about making a police model and or livery. I know the basics but not what software to use to get the model itself, the livery paint-kit and than of course adding the lights. If anyone has a good youtube video and or link, it'd be much appreciated, or even if someone would like to explain, without having to write a story, haha!
