So basically I am getting around 45-50FPS while all the plugins and LSPDFR is loaded in my game in the City part of GTA 5. I get a average of 60-70FPS outside the city in like sandy shores etc. What is the best GTA 5 graphics settings I should have to increase the fps within the city. I want at least 60+ FPS always anywhere within the map. Thanks.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 4GB
Gigabyte GA-Z170X-SLI MB
240GB SSD + 2TB Hard Drive

 

Thats a pretty beefy system. I recommend an ENB

Yeah without any plugins loaded I play at easily over 85fps. Its just that when I load plugins I drop a lot of fps. Whats a good ENB sir?

ENB are graphic enhancing mods that pretty much overhaul all the affects. I recommend an ENB called Make Visuals Great Again. I would look it up on google. It makes GTA look damn near photo realistic

Oh yeah it will be fine. Most ENBs usually offer performance settings as well.

But yeah if you can handle it than by all means install one.
