The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Man oh man the last update just wrecked sooooo many things, I have RPH 52, and NO callouts installed. Whenever I call backup, all the car units are stuck in place, they try to move but their brakes are stuck on, or at least thats what it looks like.  Highway bike units work, but not car units......

 

I am so ready to give up on LSPDFR, since last update it's just been nothing but headaches....

Well for anyone having the same problem, I found it.... It's Scripthookv, not sure why it's doing that, but I uninstalled it and voila, backup works. Of Course the game is unplayable without scripthookv, guess I'll just have to wait for the next batch of updates.... :-(
