The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello I installed an ELS police Suburban and an ELS Chevy Express police transporter. For some reason my light bars don't flash. They do in others that I have in a large car pack that automatically installed. Check the problem in my two videos.

Yeah I do I've been reading up on what it could be. Gonna try a reinstall right now. 

reinstalled ELS  and still not able to bring up the ELA menu with control+P this is frustrating
