Game crashing on Loading

Hello,
My GTA V crashing when starts Loading Story mode with RagePluginHook.exe [Runned as Administrator],Game Crashed before any plugins Loaded.

Thats all i have in my Rockstargames Files...
Please someone help me with this error.

And i forget to notice this started happening from last night when im try to install RealismDispatchEnchancer and when that been installed game just crashing on Loading Story Mode,then im uninstalled everything. But before im install RDE 3.01 IM backup my Mods folder with working mods where I did not have these problems.After i delete everything from RDE 3.01 im install my Backup Mods folder in Rockstargames folder.
