The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I had a lot of problems downloading RPH and lspdfr but i seemed to get RPH working but when i type inside the console LoadPlugin "Lspd First Response.dll" it says that its not found. I checked the plugins folder in Grand Theft Auto V file and nothing was in there, what do i need to phut inside the plugins folder?

    There should be LSPD First Response.dll and LSPD First Response.pdb files in the Plugins Folder if everything installed correctly.

     

    The  LSPDFR installation has both those files in the Plugins Folder..

    Just extract it into an empty folder on your desktop.. Then go into the Plugins Folder and copy those 2 files I mentioned previously and paste or drag them into your GTAV Plugins Folder..
