Seeing how you have a mobile processor and a mobile GPU, I wouldn't expect to be able to run the game very well.

It's possible to run it, yes, but I wouldn't try running it anything above low-mid graphics settings.

Thanks for the reply, what would you suggest? I would like a laptop but its not an absolute need. What brand and hardware would you suggest?

I would suggest a custom built desktop PC, that way, your not getting overpriced software you can't upgrade and you know whats being put into your computer
