i look at all these other peoples lights and they're beautiful. mine are plain and barely seen. any fix?

Currently I have

'Make Visuals Great Again' AND I downloaded 'Better Visuals and installed the 'Extremely Bright' option and still no luck. Maybe because of the MVGA mod?

With OpenIV go to this directory: GrandTheft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

Extract Visualsetting.dat to your desktop;

Later extracted that file Right Click on it and go top of left, click on Edit and then to Find..

in "Find" space you need to write this "emissive" then you can now edit "# emissive bits" section and replace with these commands: (that is my setting)

# emissive bits
car.headlight.day.emissive.on            500.00
car.headlight.night.emissive.on            250.00
car.headlight.day.emissive.off            0.00
car.headlight.night.emissive.off        0.00
car.taillight.day.emissive.on            150.00
car.taillight.night.emissive.on            50.00
car.taillight.day.emissive.off            0.00
car.taillight.night.emissive.off        0.00
car.indicator.day.emissive.on            500.00
car.indicator.night.emissive.on            800.00
car.indicator.day.emissive.off            0.00
car.indicator.night.emissive.off        0.00
car.reversinglight.day.emissive.on        100.00
car.reversinglight.night.emissive.on    50.00

car.reversinglight.night.emissive.off    0.00
car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on        7500.00
car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on        4000.00
car.defaultlight.day.emissive.off        0.00
car.defaultlight.night.emissive.off        0.00
car.brakelight.day.emissive.on            100.00

car.brakelight.night.emissive.off        0.00
car.middlebrakelight.day.emissive.on    800.00
car.middlebrakelight.night.emissive.on    300.00
car.middlebrakelight.day.emissive.off    0.00

If you want you can set them how you prefer

Install the "Radiance V" file that comes with Visual V. Had the exact same problem as you :)

Way easier than what the dude above wrote ;) :D
