I restarted my computer,don't have any anti-virus,running HRP as administrator and nothing I have the HRP requirments and nothing the game is vanilla I don't have any mods or plugins i have just HRP and lspdfr (Im new at GTA5 but i was playing GTA4 LCPDFR)

 

This is screens of all what I have in game folder.
