Why not texture packs to police cars???

Hello everyone in the lspdfr community! I have seen that most new textures on lspdfr modding only are small textures and not big packs, I do not know what you think but I think I'd never put a little texture to a car in the game because I'dont like when all the cars are completely different, I like to have the same kind of texture to all LSPD cars and all the sheriff's cars. So why do all modders do small own textures that you can't get to some other vehicles, what do you think?

I completely understand where you're coming from, but most of the time it's down to time restrictions for developers. I must also say aswell, the skin used in your photo is very nice!

At this point, there are too many car models to make skins for every single one. There all so many different years and models that it's hard to make a skin for every single one. Most of the skins out there, the big skin packs, are made for the popular guys' vehicles. It's not just time, but the amount of car models that are out right now.
