The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

This car is beautiful and it works perfect in game and everything, but the ELS lighting for it, they don't shine or are extremely dim, all the settings required to be on high are, (POST FX, Shader, Particles, and Shadows) is that it or am I missing one but like the lights aren't bright on the light bar, i can see the correct reflection off of buildings but don't see on the car
