social club error response received from steam

Whenever I try to launch the mod through the RagePluginHook I have to log into my Social Club account. However once I put in the correct information it tells me this: ''Error Code 1000.50 'Error response received from Steam, Please Contact Steam Support'' But when I go to Steam and launch the singleplayer it instantly logs into Social Club. Does someone have a fix for this? I've looked on the internet for a while now and no one seems to really have a fix for this issue. And keep in mind this only happens when I try to launch the LCPDFR mod through the RAGEPluginHOOK file.

Seems some Rage plugin files were missing, after reinstalling it worked.
