Hi, I need help. I want to add some more NYPD cars/skins to GTA IV but when I try to add them

to Vehicles. I.E.

Rockstar Games-Grand Theft Auto IV-PC-Models-cdimages then Vehicles

It says

Cannot open file: it does not appear to be a valid archive.

If you downloaded this file, try downloading the file again.

But I didn't think I downloaded it because I never knew it was there until I download a Car skin.

How do you fix it.

I'm a little confused with your post, but are you using SparkIV or OpenIV to add a new vehicle/texture? If not you will want to d/l one or both of these programs then use Youtube to search for a good tutorial to show you exactly step by step what to do (whether you want to replace an entire model or just textures on a specific model)
