I'm trying to make a livery pack for a hometown PD that I want to release to the community. I'm using their current vehicle setup, but I'm missing a model that will work.

 

I know that what I'm looking for here is a bit picky regarding vehicles. But I've been scouring the forums here and at gta5-mods.com and cannot, for the life of me, find a pre-2016 slicktop FPIU that supports liveries, is ELS-enabled, and doesn't have that (in my opinion) god-awful wrap around pushbar. The closest thing I've found to what I'm looking for thus far is POLICESCO's unmarked 2013 FPIU, but his unmarked vehicles don't support liveries. If anybody would be willing to make one or point me in the direction of one that I may have somehow missed? Thank you for reading this, and I really wanna get this pack out ASAP!
