Guys i haven't fired up this game in months however i seen the "make visuals great again" and decided to get back into it,however i have never modded this game, can you please answer any of the following questions for me.....Thanks in advance.

 

1.Does the "make visuals great again" only only in single player? I installed it to try following the tutorial video,it stated via OpenIV that it installed but it looks nothing like the Youtube vids

2.Can i use "make visuals great again" online? Without ban? since its only a visual improve and not a hack or cheat?

3.I have the following rig: GTX 1070, skylake 6700,16 GB Ram......what settings can i ramp it up to ? Im referrring to question 1 as when i installed the mod it didnt look that great,am i missing something that i need to crank up or install?

4.Is there any other highly recommended mods i can look into? I see a lot of people playing as Air Force 1 and titanic etc....
