The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Do you have any custom vehicles installed? The crash here is LSPDFR being unable to load one of the vehicles you have installed.

Thank you for your answer but I have no vehicle installed in the games.

How do you go on duty? Do you go to a police station and press 'E', or use the `ForceDuty` command in the console?
 

Also, can you post your system specifications?

 

(Looking closer at the error message, the model hash mentioned — 0x5e3da4a4 — may be for 'player_one', i.e. Franklin, or may be for a "cop ped")
