The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I can't read your log due to it being in another language, but I can see AgencyCallouts is what causes your crash.  Remove this plugin and redownload it.
