The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I am trying to add some new vehicles and skins for my lspdfr experience but i cannot launch OpenIV every time i do i get this message.

 

'C\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\d3dx9_33.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000012f.'

 

Tried lot of different things but have not worked any advice?
