The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Ok so I had to Reinstall ELS, Before when I played I could simply click the Left analog stick after blipping a car and I could control the lights and sirens. Now all I get is a horn sound, somehow  I have lost the controls for my Light and sirens. I looked at the .ini but honestly it just numbers to me and I don't want to mess it up further.  can anyone help I attached my .ini  hope that help find an answer?

ELS.ini

Those numbers you're referencing are for keyboard keys, not controller keys. ELS does not have controller edit compatibility at the moment. Lots of people (including myself) are complaining about this. You can try downloading a program called JoyToKey, which lets you assign keys to your controller. It's a program that runs in the background of games.

I will try this as you suggested. However when I last had it installed the mod used the left Analog stick to turn on lights and Siren's without me needing to change a thing. Did something in the mod change that we know of?

I noticed that as well, not entirely sure as of yet.
