The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

is there anyway to make it i can pull people over in it

 

yes a bit rough for a traffic stop in it but i want to be able to do felony stops etc instead of pulling in front and looking dumb 

I believe this happens when the vehicles.meta doesn't have the proper flags, I don't believe the "riot" model has flags for law enforcement by default. My suggestion would be to try adding to or changing the flags line to include the following. 

FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE

I can't guarantee this will work, but it's definitely worth a shot. Hope this helps!
